About Attesa – words by Rossella Damiani:

Attesa captures the moments of wait and calm, focusing on the intimacy and vulnerability of that exact instant. It’s a series that aims to capture people, objects, and nature purely waiting for something to happen, highlighting their shapes, colours, and details. After seeing my subjects, I felt a weirdly peaceful and melancholic feeling. The analogue medium helped me understand that calm, waiting with and for them, embracing their time and mine.
