The encounter between Klen Sheet crew and Nike Dunk takes shape in the short film directed by Vittoria Elena Simone and produced by C41 Creative Production Company.

Klen Sheet is an extremely heterogeneous artistic collective whose members are: Maggio, Ngawa, Ratematica, Tanca, Giumo, Goldreick, Monoryth, and Vittoria. The youngsters of the crew are originally from different parts of Italy and landed in Milan a few years ago finding their personal dimension in the Klen Sheet project. “True to your crew” is a story that firmly stands for a fresh awakening and renaissance. Nike Dunk, promoting since 1985 the value of self-expression rooted at the same time in a collective identity, met Klen Sheet’s crew, whose vision aims at inspiring a “new Milan” through an eclectic and complete approach to art and communication. The artistic synergy between Nike Dunk and the Milanese collective aims at evoking a positive and encouraging message, as a hope of re-birth in a Milan that needs to artistically and culturally recover from the “Covid’s fatigue”.

The “Record project” symbolizes for the crew conscious research of what they have been built out of their struggles, uncertainties, and need to adjust in a new place. Therefore the crew, through their first record as a collective – aligned with the Dunk’s philosophy – wants to visually and musically tell a story about the importance of investigating oneself while finding a “familiar net” able to valorize each members’ quality. And it is exactly the combination of different qualities, insights, and heritages that creates unicity and authenticity. Klen Sheet’s crew, by doing that with a fresh and enthusiastic approach, actually created and brought an original gaze on the metropolis. And this is how they “make Milan move”.
