January has only begun, but the fashion calendar is already in full swing. The Fall/Winter 2025 season commenced at Pitti Uomo 107 yesterday, where MM6 Maison Margiela revealed their latest collection of monochrome magic at Florence’s Giardino dell’Orticultura.

From Friday the focus moves to Milan, where star players Prada (Sunday 19th at 14:00), Dolce & Gabbana (Saturday 18th at 12:30), and Giorgio Armani (Monday 20th at 11:00) take to the runway. However, it’s impossible to overlook two key names missing from this season’s roster, Gucci and Fendi, who have both opted to present co-ed collections during Women’s Week. It is set to take place from February 25th to March 3rd, so keep an eye out for them when we return to Milan at the end of next month.

On Sunday, Bally will open the doors to their Via Montenapoleone store in celebration of a special capsule collection. Created in collaboration with DJ Leo Mas, a pioneer of House and Balearic beats and a legend of the 80s Ibiza Revolution. Finally, to close out Milan, Zegna will present their latest collection on Monday 20th, at the Allianz MiCo.

From there we travel to Paris, for a packed 6 days including classic names like Louis Vuitton (Tuesday 21st at 18:30), Dior Homme (Friday 24th at 14:30), and Hermès (Saturday 25th at 15:00), alongside Paris’ veterans such as Rick Ownes (Thursday 23rd at 12:30) and Yohji Yamamoto (Thursday 23rd at 17:30).

Other notable additions include Jacquemus, who will return to Paris after his previous season in Capri, on Sunday 26th at 14:00. Julian Klausner’s debut presentation at the helm of Dries Van Noten. American designer Willy Chavarria’s trip over the pond, for his show on Friday 24th at 18:00. Additionally, one of this season’s most highly anticipated shows is Kiko Kostadinov, who will present on Saturday 25th at 10:30.

Rounding out the first fashion month of 2025 is Peter Copping’s debut for Lanvin and the house’s first menswear collection show since 2022, set to take place on Sunday 26th at 20:00.
