Luisa Pagani was born in 1993 and grew up in Agordo, a little town in the Belluno Dolomites. She moved to Milan in 2012 where she graduated at the Luchino Visconti Film School in 2015. She then began to focus on media between fashion and art, especially on fashion photo/videos.

She started to approach this sector writing for art and fashion-focused magazines while pursuing her own interest in the visual content she keeps producing.

About ‘Born Here – A journey in the South-East Sicily’ – words by Luisa Pagani:

I explored the South-East part of the Island, in particular, two main moments and zones: Ortigia and Palazzolo Acreide. I focused my work on the extremely characteristic and deep moment of the San Sebastian ceremony in Palazzolo Acreide (Unesco heritage village) and the Ortigia’s Solarium, where people of the place love to take a bath, creating a magical and familiar atmosphere.
