About Postcards from the edge – words by Kimberley Ross:

After spending the first month of the lockdown in the security of my apartment, I started exploring my surroundings. I made a habit of walking alone with my camera every day, analysing my neighbourhood and the ones nearby. These are places that never completely shut down and where people were already finding ways to face this new scary reality. Their lives and experiences were suddenly part of something bigger, so similar to those of millions of others around the world. People looking in from the edges of the disaster. This project is the result of my discoveries.
