This is an unpublished project premiered today on C41 Magazine.
Daniel was born on the island of Tenerife. After taking courses in photography, he moved to Barcelona where he is currently based. After a few years as a photo assistant, now he works exploring new ways to make images and having a more spontaneous approach to photography focusing mainly on still lives and documentaries.

I recently took my first trip to the eastern coast of the US. Destination: New Jersey. After a lot of car rides and some walks, these photos simply reflect my natural observation of a place someone else calls home. A place that, with all the references I have engrained in my head and the fantasies I have envisioned of American suburban life, is so shockingly familiar to me.
This latest series examines the stereotypes I have always heard and believed about American suburban life.
